An informative guideline was published on receiving the Human Rights Defender's assistance with regard to domestic violence prevention issues in Armenian, Russian, English and French. The guideline is also published in Braille and informs about the provisions of the RA Law on Prevention of Violence Within the Family, Protection of Victims of Violence Within the Family and Restoration of Peace in the Family.
In particular, the guideline contains information on what is considered domestic violence, what protective measures can be taken to protect persons subjected to domestic violence, etc.
