The Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan had a phone conversation with the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatiana Moskalkova about ensuring the rights of Khachatryan sisters.
Arman Tatoyan agreed with Tatiana Moskalkova to convey relevant information about Khachatryan sisters, as well as public concerns, including of human rights defenders in order to examine along with other available information and take measures within her mandate.
To remind, Khachatryan sisters who live in Moscow are accused of killing their father, Mikhail Khachatryan.
