At the initiative of the Human Rights Defender “Legal Counsel for a Detainee”, an automated system in the Facebook Messenger app has been launched.
The Facebook Messenger app, developed within the “Promotion and Protection of Human Rights in Armenia” Project of the EU and with the support of the UNDP, UNFPA and UNICEF, will provide legal consultation on basic rights to persons deprived of liberty, their family members, or any other person.
