Today, during an announced visit to the Prison Hospital penitentiary institution the representatives of the Human Rights Defender had private interview with Pavel Manukyan and Armen Bilyan, who had gone on a hunger strike.
The documents related to their health conditions, as well as their detention conditions were examined.
During the private interviews, Armen Bilyan and Pavel Manukyan noted that they had no complaints against the administration of the penitentiary and that their hunger strike is aimed at changing the measure of restraint chosen for them.
The representatives of the Defender also met with four other convicts during the unannounced visit.
