On 20-21 December the delegation led by the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova is in Armenia on an official visit by the invitation of the Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia Arman Tatoyan.
Today Arman Tatoyan had a meeting with the RF Commissioner for the Human Rights. During the meeting general issues related to the bilateral cooperation in the protection of human rights, as well as individual cases on the protection of the rights of Russian and Armenian citizens were discussed.
During the visit Arman Tatoyan and Tatyana Moskalkova signed a memorandum of cooperation between the two institutions. It was followed by the press conference during which they answered the questions of the mass media representatives.
