Upon the request of the UNHCR Armenia, the representative of the Human Rights Defender visited 16 years old Umut Ali Ozmen, who was keeping in the “Abovyan” penitentiary institution. The habitant of the Turkish region Kars crossed the Armenian-Turkish border on July 24.
His rights were presented to him.
The citizen of Turkey did not submit any complaint on the detention conditions or on the prison staff treatment.
