A procedure stipulated by the RA Criminal Procedural Code should be immediately initiated in regard to Artur Sargsyan’s death case and all measures should be undertaken to determine the circumstances of his death within the procedure.

Following the requirements of the law, the Defender will provide the investigative body with all the information available to his Office obtained during the periodic, as well as daily visits to Arthur Sargsyan in penitentiary institution.
