The Human Rights Commissioner of the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova, who is in Armenia on an official visit by the invitation of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan, visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex.
The members of the delegation accompanied by A. Tatoyan laid flowers at the eternal frame and honored the memory of the innocent martyrs with a minute of silence.
The guests also visited the Museum-Institute, where they got acquainted with the documents attesting the Armenian Genocide. Ms Moskalkova left a note in the Memory Book of Honorable Guests.
