Today the representatives of the Human Rights Defender’s Office once again made an unannounced visit to Nubarashen penitentiary institution of the RA Ministry of Justice. The health conditions, medical records and conditions of detention facilities of Vardan Geravetyan, Tigran Manukyan and Vardges Gevorgyan, who are on hunger strike, were subjected to consistent examination.
Protection of the rights of persons on hunger strike is carried out in compliance with specific working principles. Conditions of their detention facilities are under the constant attention of the Human Rights Defender’s Office.
The Human Rights Defender’s Office also values the cooperation with the advocates of V. Geravetyan, T. Manukyan and V. Gevogyan.
