The representatives of the RA Human Rights Defender’s Office conducted unannounced visit to Vanadzor Elderly Home.
Private interviews were held with the residents of the home-foundation, their living conditions, the state of human rights protection and its compliance with the requirements were checked.
A number of issues revealed as a result of the visit were discussed with the administration of the Foundation. The results of the visit are being finalized. Recommendations for the solution of the issues will be presented to the competent bodies soon.
