Arman Tatoyan, the RA Human Rights Defender received the delegation headed by Taras Fedotov, Deputy Head of the Office of the Human Rights Commissioner in the Russian Federation.
They visited Armenia to participate in the discussion of the Human Rights Defender’s Ad Hoc Public Report on the Rights of Refugees and Asylum Seekers.
During the meeting, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia highlighted the established close cooperation with the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova both within the framework of the Eurasian Alliance of Ombudsmen and other international platforms, and in the framework of bilateral relations.
During the meeting, issues on mutual legal assistance with regard to specific cases were discussed.
