A two-day training on human rights and drafting legal analysis

On May 19-20, a human rights training was held for the representatives of the Defender's Office in Tsakhkadzor.

It was organized with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the framework of "Promoting Human Rights Protection in Armenia for All" project implemented by the Human Rights Defender's Office and the American Bar Association.

Expert Thomas Rauling presented international standards designed to protect the rights of persons with disabilities, women and other groups of society, as well as issues with regard to socio-economic rights.

At the same time, the international standards for legal writing and analysis, the requirements for effective structure of legal documents (IRAC) were discussed.

Private interviewing skills of vulnerable groups were presented to the representatives of the Human Rights Defender’s Office.
