In an application addressed to RA Human Rights Defender, a citizen asked the Defender to provide support in order to lift the freezing injunction on his financial resources.
According to the Applicant, the court decided to apply freezing of the applicant’s assets as an interim measure in the civil case. However, the Compulsory Enforcement Service froze not only the applicant’s property, but his financial resources as well.
In the framework of examination of the complaint, the issue was solved as a result of discussions held by representatives of the Human Rights Defender’s Office and RA Compulsory Enforcement Service of Judicial Acts of the Ministry of Justice.
