Today, the RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and Lusine Sargsyan, the Head of the Legal Analysis Department of the Defender’s office had a meeting with Zaruhi Batoyan, the president of Disability Info informational NGO and her staff members.
During the meeting the parties discussed issues of people with disabilities including freedom of information, the stereotypes in public perception and existing legislative gaps. Zaruhi Batoyan introduced the activities of the NGO.
The future cooperation between the RA Human Rights Defender and the NGO, and the implementation of joint projects in the future were also discussed.
