The Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia was hosted by Luys Foundation

The Human Rights Defender participated in a meeting-discussion entitled “Morning meeting in Luys”. He presented the role and significance of the Human Rights Defender’s Institution in Armenia and in the world and addressed the challenges that the Institution faces in its day-to-day work. While answering the participants’ questions, Arman Tatoyan also talked about new functions of the Defender’s Institution prescribed by the RA Law on Human Rights Defender, as well as the cooperation with international structures.

 

The Foundation hosts representatives of the RA State Bodies and the Luys alumni in the framework of "Morning meeting in Luys", where the challenges in different areas and strategies to overcome them are being discussed, as well as different projects implemented by the scholarship-holders of the Foundation in Armenia and worldwide in order to contribute to the development of the motherland are being presented.

 

The Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Master of Laws (Upenn Law) by the support of the Luys Foundation as well.
